Henkel Loctite® Hysol® EA 9309NA epoxy adhesive is a toughened and two-part adhesive that contains beige colored liquid part-A and red colored liquid part-B. It features slight odor part-A and ammoniacal odor part-B. Both the part-A and part-B has a flash point greater than 284 degrees F and 212 degrees F respectively.
The vapor density of part-A is greater than 1 and part-B is 8.45. Viscosity of part-A composition is 1500 to 6000 poise while part-B has 0.2 to 0.5 poise. It takes 3 to 5 days at 77 degrees F for complete curing.
This adhesive supporting an elongation of 0.1, has a tensile strength of 4500 psi at 77 degrees F and a shear strength of 5000 psi at 77 degrees F. It has a compressive strength of 7000 psi, compressive modulus of 249 ksi and a tensile modulus of 338 ksi.
This product comes in a 1-quart container.
