Heli-Tube® Spirally Cut Tubing: TFE NON-FLAMMABLE

MIL Specs & Approvals: AMS 365 1C, AMS 3653C, AMS 3654, AMS 3655, ASTM D3295, MIL T-47287A, TYPE 1, AS 1294. TFE is suitable for the widest operating temperature range of any material and can be used from -450° F to +500° F. Chemically inert and non-flammable, it is also available in black and a wide selection of colors.

Polyethylene is ideal for general applications, this low-cost material is highly abrasion-resistant and is not affected by most solvents. Also available in Ultraviolet-Resistant Black (for outdoor use), and many colors.

Heli-Tube® Spirally Cut Tubing: Nylon

Mil Specs & Approvals: MIL M-20693B, Type I, MIL M-22096A, LP 410A, MILM 19098, MIL M 206393A, Type II, MIL M-22096 LP410A, MIL T-47287A, Type II, AS 1294. Nylon is suitable for self-extinguishing and does not produce any toxic or irritating byproducts, even when exposed to an open flame or excessive operating temperatures. Recommended for use in enclosed environments where the possibility of fire exists, this material is also lightweight, highly abrasion-resistant, and operates over a wide temperature range. Also available in Black for outdoor use.
